FM 7-22, Holistic Health and Fitness, updated in October 2020, establishes the Army’s doctrine for the readiness training of Soldiers. It is a full revision and expansion on physical readiness training doctrine. FM 7-22 presents individualized training and testing that builds peak performance in all Soldiers. It is the foundation of unit readiness.
