The Jcuzzi filter bag replacement is used in some Ja-cuzzi spas. Placed in the skimmer, it allows a first filtration by retaining leaves and other floating debris before the water reaches the filter cartridge.

6570-398 debris attachment has 11 clip holes: 10 holes at the top and single attachment hole at the bottom.
(NOTE: This filter net bag will NOT fit 2002-2013 J-300 or any J-200 collection model year not listed. Those are 7 holes with P/N 6570-392. When in doubt, please count how many holes your old unit has.)
