What systems does this monitor support? Do I need to install drivers?

This monitor supports Windows 7/10/11 and macOS 10.15 and above. Yes, drivers are required. Scan the manual for the latest driver and installation guide video. Ensure to install the monitor driver for first-time use and restart your computer.

What should I know before buying this monitor?

This monitor does not have touchscreen, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or a battery. Insufficient power from connected devices may cause screen flickering due to its high power requirements. We provide a high-wattage charger for the best display performance.

How do I connect my device to this monitor?

1. Full USB-C Laptop: Use one cable for video and one for power.

2. No USB-C: Use HDMI with USB-C and USB-A to C cables.

3. Phones, Tablets, PS, Xbox, Switch: Due to driver limits, only one screen will be active.

I use an NVIDIA graphics card, and my upper screen isn’t lit. What should I do?

Open the NVIDIA control panel, go to ‘Manage 3D settings’ > ‘Program Settings’, add ‘winUSB Display’, set the graphics processor to ‘Integrated Graphics’, click ‘Apply’, then restart your computer.
