Combine oat flour, Clean Lean Protein powder, melted coconut oil and maple syrup and stir again until a thick dough forms.Press dough between 6 silicone muffin molds. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.Meanwhile, break white chocolate into small pieces and add to a bowl with 2 tbsp boiling water, and stir to combine until melted and smooth.Spoon the chocolate evenly between the cups before placing in the fridge to set.
